MSM is a bioavailable form of sulfur related to dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO). Sulfur is an element that is present in all living organisms and 85% of it is provided by MSM and its related compounds. MSM is involved with a variety of biological functions, including the maintenance of collagen integrity, and it nutritionally supports the formation of healthy connective tissue.* In addition, research has shown MSM to enhance the mucosal membranes.* Long term use or high doses of MSM encourage urinary excretion of molybdenum, so for that reason, we have added molybdenum to our MSM formula.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, 1 to 3 capsules one to five times daily, or as directed by a health practitioner.
