A natural source product derived from soybean. Nine grams of pure Phosphatidyl Choline (10 softgels) have been shown to double blood choline levels. Three grams will increase the choline levels by 50%; it is well recognized that Phosphatidyl Choline ingestion will increase choline levels in the blood and brain and supplement acetylcholine synthesis for improved neuron and cell function.
In the absence of adequate choline in the bloodstream, the ability of nerve cells to transmit messages to other cells across synapses is impaired and neuronal cell membranes can be depleted of Phosphatidyl Choline, causing cell damage.
