It has up to 4 times the water-trapping ability of standard magnesium. According to the manufacturer, 3A Magnesia is not only safe to take daily, but is a good source of magnesium. Small tablets are easy to swallow and very gentle on the system.
Note:
If you are using 3A Magnesia as part of your mineral
supplement program, you may wish to spread your dosage out during the day; 3-4
tablets daily should supply enough magnesium for most people. Not recommended
for those who have diarrhea or loose stools.
